Mafrolla dal 1710
The passion of Mafrolla family for olive growing has deep roots as ancient olive trees on their land.
In fact, since 1700 the Mafrolla family produced olive oil in their oil mills in Vieste, on the Gargano, where olive cultivation enjoys particularly favorable climatic and environmental conditions.
The family tradition, by generating steps has come down to our days more and more enriched with new techniques of cultivation and knowledge of olive processing and preserving intact the dedication and passion.
Our oil comes from “Ogliarola Garganica” olives, harvested by hand at the right level of ripeness when they have the maximum aroma and minimum acidity.
